If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
To fully access 14001 services, you must register an account providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your login details confidential, including your username and password. Please ensure your password is strong, unique, and not shared with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Identity Verification
14001 reserves the right to request user identity verification at any time, especially before processing fund withdrawals. Failure to provide acceptable verification documents may result in transaction delays or account suspension until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Authorized Use
Users agree to use the 14001 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and comply with all applicable laws. Use of the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
Specific Prohibitions
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform’s security systems
- Sharing accounts with others or transferring account ownership
- Using false information or impersonating another person or entity during registration
- Exploiting technical glitches or inconsistencies in the system for unfair gain
Betting & Gaming
All confirmed bets are final and non-cancellable except in technical circumstances defined by the platform. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or market before participating. 14001 reserves the right to void bets suspected of fraud or manipulation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
Currencies & Payment Methods
All transactions on 14001 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking (FPX), local e-wallets such as TNG eWallet, and other payment options listed in your account. Deposits are usually credited immediately after confirmation.
Withdrawal Limits & Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts and identity verification requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the same name as the platform account. 14001 may delay withdrawals up to 5 business days for security review.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods as stated in the respective campaign terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. 14001 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Liability Limits, Accounts & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
14001 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or temporary unavailability. Our maximum liability to you in any situation is limited to the active balance in your account at the relevant time.
Account Suspension & Closure
14001 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if fraud, breach of these Terms, or security concerns are suspected. Users whose accounts are closed for violations are not eligible to reclaim any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements. Real cash balances will be refunded at the platform’s discretion after investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 14001 platform, including logos, designs, text, images, and software, is the exclusive property of 14001 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. 14001 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. These Terms may be amended at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law, with disputes resolved under Malaysian courts’ jurisdiction.
